All links within our emails will go to a page on www.my-balance.co.uk. Some customers may receive fraudulent emails claiming to be from Corporate Rewards, with a link to the website that may appear genuine on first sight, but if you hover your mouse over the link without clicking, it may reveal a different web address. On our genuine emails the link address always starts with www.my-balance.com. We will never link directly through to your logged in MyCard prepaid Mastercard® card account.

If you receive a suspicious call or email, cease the call immediately, or forward the email to customerservice@my-balance.co.uk.

Your Username and Password

Your Username and Password that you set up when you activate the card must be used in order to access certain restricted parts of the Site.
